During use with magnetic learning tools, erasers, or board cleaners, fine scratches may occur on the board surface, so please handle with care.
Regularly wiping the surface with wet wipes and a board-specific cleaner will help keep the board in good condition and maintain its quality over time.

The NORITER board measures 35.4 in (H) × 32.3 in (W), with a top height of 44.9 in.
When used with the Prime High Stand, the height is adjustable (from 53.1 in up to 67.0 in),
so it can grow comfortably with your child from toddler years through 7+ years.

The NORITER board is recommended for children from 1 to 7+ years old, as it grows with your child’s development.

  • Toddlers (1–2 years): Use the board with felts to support sensory exploration and visual development.
  • Preschoolers (3–5 years): Combine felts and magnets to connect images, letters, and simple words.
  • Children (6–7+ years): Use markers and roll paper to enhance creativity through drawing, writing, and painting.

[🛡 Stability & Safety] Is the board stable from falling?

Yes. The board is designed with strong structural balance and a sturdy stand to prevent tipping during normal use.
When placed on a flat surface and used as recommended, it remains stable for children’s activities.

[🌿 Materials & Certification] Any certifications providing safety of NORITER products?

Yes. NORITER boards use E0-grade eco-friendly materials, which represent one of the highest formaldehyde emission standards for wood.
E0 indicates extremely low formaldehyde levels (similar to what is found naturally) making it safe for indoor use without any additional treatment.
This standard is widely recognized for household and children’s furniture, giving parents confidence in everyday use.

[🧲 Magnet Safety] Can the magnetic come out if my child pulls hard?

No. The magnets are securely sealed inside the felt pieces during the manufacturing process.
Even if a child pulls or bends the felt, the magnet will not come out under normal use. This design helps ensure safe, worry-free play.

[🎨 How to Play] How can a 5 year old boy play with the NORITER board?

A 5-year-old can use the NORITER board in many creative ways—drawing, storytelling, spelling simple words, role-playing, or creating scenes with felt pieces.
It supports imagination, early literacy, and fine motor skill development through open-ended play.

[🧺 Felt Care & Washing] Are the felts washable? If so, how?

Yes, NORITER felts are washable by hand and easy to care for.

  • Simple cleaning: Gently rub the stained area with a tissue or towel using a small amount of soap and water.
  • Deep cleaning: Hand-wash the felts in a bucket of warm water with mild soap, then rinse and air-dry completely.

⚠️ Please note: Machine washing is not recommended, as it may damage the felt or affect the magnets inside.

You can check your Store Credit in two ways:

  1. Go to My Profile to view your current Store Credit balance.
  2. Proceed to Checkout. On the payment page, you'll see "Apply Store Credit," along with your available balance.

How will I receive my Store Credit?

After your photo review has been verified, your Store Credit will be added to your account during our weekly reward updates.
Once your Store Credit has been applied, you'll receive an email notification.
You can check your available balance anytime in My Profile or during Checkout under Apply Store Credit.

When will I receive my Store Credit?

Once your photo review has been verified, Store Credit will be added to your account within 3 working days.
You’ll receive an email notification once it has been issued.

How is the Review of the Month selected?

Each month, we select one outstanding photo review to receive an additional $30 Store Credit. We look for reviews that are:

  • Thoughtful and detailed
  • Helpful to other families
  • Accompanied by clear photos showing the product in use

The winner will be notified by email & posted on instagram after selection.

Do I need to upload a photo?

Yes. A photo is required to qualify for the Photo Review Rewards program and receive Store Credit.
If you submit a review without a photo, your review is still welcome and may be published on our website, but it will not be eligible for Store Credit rewards.

Can my review be featured by NORITER?

Yes! By submitting a review, you agree that NORITER may feature your review and photos on our website, social media (such as Instagram), emails, and other marketing materials.
Whenever possible, we'll credit your first name or username.
